Sometimes we have to say "not today" and set boundaries for our own self-care.  Today I will not open the shop and work, I will not try to solve the world's problem, I will not be the hero but instead will rest and restore for tomorrow.  "Not Today!" is a hand sketched 11" x 14" framed piece.
